Return & Exchange Policy

Aurele Studio does not accept any return request if the product(s) has no manufacturing defect.

We apologize if we have sent out the incorrect or defective product.

please contact us within 2 days after receiving parcel. After the allocated timeframe, Aurele Studio reserves the right to refuse any requests from you.

We do not accept refund & exchange for the following:

- not liking

- the item(s) not fit me well

- smaller chromatic aberration issue 

- any orders made with SALE, promotion codes, cash vouchers, store credit and specifically stated.

In the case of an exchange, the original shipping fees are non-refundable. Aurele Studio will not be responsible for any charges in case the purchased items have no manufacturing issues.
