Terms & Conditions

1. Orders

All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment. Please ensure that all order details, including your name, contact number, delivery address, product, colour and size, are correct before completing your order. Once an order has been confirmed, changes or cancellations may not be possible, especially if the order has already been processed or shipped.

2. Payment

All prices displayed on our website are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Orders will only be confirmed after successful payment. Customers are responsible for ensuring that the payment information provided is accurate and valid.

3. Product Availability

Products may be listed as Ready Stock, Backorder or Pre-order. Backorder or Pre-order items require additional waiting time. Any estimated arrival or shipping date provided is an estimate only and may be affected by supplier, transportation, customs or other unforeseen delays. If your order contains both Ready Stock and Backorder/Pre-order items, the entire order may be shipped together once all items are available.

5. Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.

Aurele Studio will not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries or lost parcels resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer. If a parcel is returned to us due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempt, unclaimed parcel or other customer-related reason, additional shipping charges may apply for redelivery.

6. Clearance Items

Clearance items are not eligible for free shipping promotions, regardless of the total order value. Standard shipping fees will apply to orders containing clearance items where applicable. Clearance items cannot be combined with or participate in any other ongoing promotions, discounts, promotional codes or special offers. All clearance items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and cannot be reserved or held. Clearance items are strictly non-exchangeable and non-returnable. Please ensure that you have selected the correct item, colour and size before completing your purchase.
