Exchange Policy

1. Aurele Studio does not accept any return request if the product(s) has no manufacturing defect.

2. In the case of exchanges, customers are responsible for the incurred charges, including taxes and shipping fees.

3. All items must not be worn, washed, signs of staining, scents from perfume/fragrances and detergent. Clothing tag must be attached and in it’s original condition when shipped out. Any form of disarray that warrants the item unsuitable for resale will not be exchanged.

 

 

To the extent permitted by law, AURELE STUDIO ENTERPRISE reserves the right to interpret all terms, and has the right to cancel, add, delete, and revise terms according to the situation, and the terms will become effective after the announcement on the website and other media.
